Yes. Each certificate purchase is a separate consumable purchase.

How are purchases handled?
Through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
Where should I request an App Store refund?
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled through Apple’s standard refund process and are subject to Apple’s policies. Please use Apple’s App Store purchase / report-a-problem tools for refund requests.
Do you automatically email my certificate?
Under the current implementation, we do not claim automatic email certificate delivery. If you provide an email address in the app, it may be stored in connection with purchase/recovery intent. Contact hello@certifiedpetparent.com if you need help.
